- Tonight we did our senior walk, which we do every year on our last guaranteed practice. All of the underclassmen line up around the field and the seniors take a lap and talk to each player. A moment where they can take a minute to give advice and or reflect on memories❗️
- Such a special morning for the program! Over 25 former players/coaches ranging from the 70’s-10’s stopped by practice to speak to the team. When we break on family, we mean it. #HookEmLopes

- RIP 1965 Avonworth High School graduate Eugene “Mercury” Morris who was named honorable mention All-WPIAL in his senior season in 1964. He attended West Texas State University. Morris was a member of Miami Dolphins Undefeated 1972 team, won 2 Super Bowls & selected to 3 Pro Bowls
