- Today, I had the honor to present my credentials to #SriLanka's Min of Foreign Affairs @alisabrypc as the new Resident Representative of @UNDP #lka. Looking forward to supporting efforts to bring about integrated dev solutions for a sust, green & inclusive recovery ๐ฑ๐ฐ
- As my stay in #Bhutan ends, I had the honor to convey my sincere appreciation to the Honorable Prime Minister for his guidance and support. We reflected on our visits to the highland & many joint initiatives in advancing #SDG, #Climate Action & #DigitalHealth. @PMBhutan
- Extremely privileged 2 start my new role in @UNDPSriLanka, coinciding with the mission of @undpas Regional Director, @kanniwignaraja. Discussed how @UNDP can support socio-economic recovery thru #social protection, blended energy package & innovative finance. ๐ 4 warm welcome.
- No visit is complete without meeting people along the way. This family has a beautiful garden where various fruits (some of which I saw for the first time) and King coconuts ๐ฅฅ grow. Thank you for the warm welcome, stories and big smiles.
- I salute the Royal Govt and people of #bhutan ๐ง๐น 4 swift actions in the #COVID19 response and 4 providing full medical attention 2 the patient from abroad with #compassion & #respect as if he was one of us thru the universal #healthcare system. Leaving no one behind. @PMBhutan

- A long-awaited mission is now complete - I placed my late fatherโs Tsatsa in a cave at the Tsujidorag Goemba whilst I enjoyed a beautiful hike with @UNDP_Bhutan team. He will always enjoy the beautiful view in #Bhutan.

- On this #UN day, I donated my blood ๐ฉธ and it gave me an immense sense of gratitude to know that some part of me will remain in #Bhutan. A great initiative! ๐ 2 UNSAB and @MoHBhutan for making it happen!
- Itโs great to be back in the office with @UNDP_Bhutan team after 28 days of lockdown. Wonderful to see flowers blooming in my office. Thanks for staying healthy during our absence ๐ธ Looking forward to accelerating our programme implementation.
