However - SCOTUS punting in this manner is essentially an invitation to the Fifth Circuit to “determine” the Constitutionality of the AEA. For better or worse, I think that’s where this is headed.

Also important to note: Dort and others who shared similar experiences there are merely recording and conveying their observations of the actual conduct of the actors themselves - and not subjective characterizations thereof. You can’t credibly spin that into Islamophobia.

If you administer sufficient amounts of estrogen suppressing drugs to a biological female, her cycles will at some point slow and even stop. There: did that study for free. (And BTW: you can’t turn a bio female into a male or a bio male into a female. It’s fiction.)
