Tartus nuke: Scientific analysis shows that 1) radn. spikes have been observed & 2) these spikes are of size predicted from seism. data. By not withdrawing community notes claiming the contrary, X endorses scient. misinformation. via measures intending to avoid that very fact.

Recently reported radiation dose rate near Tartus/Syria ground-zero (GZ) after nuclear attack on Dec 15, ’24, exceeds that of Nagasaki and Hiroshima GZs by more than 100% and 50% respectively, effectively dwarfing the latter two in comparison:

Nuclear attack in Tartus (Syria): Radioactive fingerprint of nuke (Tartus) measured in Cyprus within ~16 hours after the attack. [Note that the dose rate peak cannot be ascribed to precipitation as higher precipitation occurred on Dec 5 with no discernible radiation increase]

By means of explosive power it was likely "tactical" (>0.3kt), but neutron irradiation on preexisting metal at impact site turned Tartus ground zero into a highly radioactive zone.

5-fold unambiguous evidence for Tartus nuke on Dec15'24 now includes radiation at ground-zero at 60x background levels even after ~3months! New authorities waited ~11 weeks (!) til measuring dose rate which at ~18mSv/4mo is on the order of max reported Fukushima dose (Inaba’14):

Tartus nuke: DoD data yield for a 99.9% clean weapon (e.g. “Housatonic”) with 0.3kt yield at 110 miles a (max) fallout of 0.035 mR/h. With the obs. time decay at 15 to 20h this yields a dose rate of 9-12nSv/h. This agrees with observation of 11.55 +/-1.27 nSv/h (>8 sigma signal).

What statement is "obscure" when it is proven by 5 independent pieces of geophysical evidence that a >0.3kt nuke was used in Tartus, clearly violating the NPT Treaty. Notably the very same NPT Treaty whose compliance in turn is used as an instrument to justify war against Iran.

Nuke in Tartus: New sat images indicate crater radius ~41ft. Based on official DoD formulae I then obtain an explosive yield of ~0.28kt in excellent agreement of my initial seismic estimate of 0.2-0.3kt, demonstrating the power of geophysical methods: geophysical-forensics.ch

Seismic data show that it was at least 0.3kt, and my initial first estimate was confirmed by later images of crater size that yields of ~0.3kt. The seismogram strictly excludes a delayed detonation, thus ruling out effects from secondary explosions (amm. depot etc) -> nuke!

All data sources are clearly indicated in my posts displaying the 4 other unambiguous independent geophysical evidences (remote radn, seismic, crater, damage). Ground zero measurements in Tartus were performed by an experienced scientist on behalf of Syrian authorities. The
