- Kids should not be told they 'are not good enough' to play football for a grassroots team! Absolutely terrible. If you have too many players, don't take them. Do not stop children playing football because your ego means its more important the team wins than a child gets to play.

- This may be some interesting food for thought, following a session I delivered this morning.
- The theory is we have one more week of radiotherapy to go. This time next week we will both be back in our bed, at our house. We will be able to move on and put this horrible thing behind us. We will get our lives back. I cannot wait ❤️
- To have the understanding and expertise to develop children at that level, yes it’s appropriate. For £25k p/a…no, it isn’t appropriate. That level of study, dedication and skill is equivalent to a vet or an architect. The pay should match it if we are to truly progress.Uefa A Licence FA Advanced Award Elite Coaches Scheme Professional or Semi Professional Background Relevant Degree Too much to ask? Thoughts?
