    Today, I got to thank & hug the brave Police officer who saved my life. Despite witnessing me fall 50ft off a bridge, she ran down & held my hand until I was airlifted to hospital. This moment meant the world & reminded me just how grateful I am to be alive. #SuicidePrevention

    If you’re going to the beach and there’s nowhere to park, don’t illegally use a farmers field...especially when they are spreading slurry. Only in Cornwall 🤣

    My GP has known me since the day I was born & is honestly the kindest, most compassionate man I have ever met. When I was struggling last week, he drove out & left this book on my doorstep with a handwritten note inside the cover. 🥺💜

    It was a year ago today I jumped. This morning I went back to the bridge alone for the first time. It was hard but something I felt I needed to do to help me process it all. Im glad I did. Standing there made it sink in how far I’ve actually come & how lucky I am to be alive.

    So nervous, but tomorrow I’m going to meet/thank the Police officer who for 54 mins, desperately tried to talk me down before I jumped. She told me she still thinks of that day a lot & I cant imagine how awful it was to witness but I hope she will be proud of how far I’ve come.

    Suicidal thoughts aren’t always ‘I want to die.’ They’re also.. I feel trapped & need a way out. I want to stop suffering. I am a burden. What’s the point in life? There’s no future. I need to escape my thoughts. Nothing will ever get better. I can’t bare this pain anymore.

    Please can we normalise being active on social media yet not responding to messages/calls immediately? I don’t hate you & I do want to talk to you, I just sometimes don’t have the mental energy or am in the right mindset to have a proper conversation. Does anyone else relate?

    This was so hard to do, but 2 years ago I jumped off this ledge & despite suffering horrific life changing injuries, here I stand on my own 2 feet. It took everything within me, but I fought back & can honestly say im grateful to be alive. Please, stay strong, we need you here.

    Well I guess I’ve made it to 26! 🎊🎈 Never imagined I’d be spending it 300 miles from home stuck in hospital, but it is what it is. If you see this, any happy birthday wishes would be much appreciated!

    Last year, I was critically injured when I jumped off a bridge in a suicide attempt I’m so grateful to the Police, Air Ambulance & Paramedics who saved my life. They gave me a future A future where I’m happy, I’m loved & I have hope Thank you 😢💛 #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
