    It's with mixed emotions that I announce my resignation from the Abilene Reporter-News to pursue a joint business venture with Dan Youngblood. Sunday, April 22, will be my final day, closing the books on 12 of the best years of my life. Thank you all, so very much!

    I've already got my Player of the Year in the Big Country. Bangs' Garrett Shackelford ... I saw more heart out of him at practice today than you'll see out of most players, anywhere. Unbelievable. #BangsDragons #BigCountryPreps
