    #Romania🇷🇴 just joined other EU member states in banning RU airlines from our airspace. RO encourages all partners&allies to take such action, as we stay resolute in our support for #UkraineUnderAttack. UA🇺🇦 is not alone & sanctioning RU’s aggression is needed #StandWithUkraine

    RO🇷🇴 Parliament just ratified the Accession Protocols for Finland & Sweden to join @NATO, proving again our firm support for NATO’s #OpenDoorPolicy. We look fwd to welcoming 🇫🇮&🇸🇪 as Allies & are fully determined to work together to further consolidate #NATO @Haavisto @AnnLinde

    Former RU President @MedvedevRussiaE says that Romania&other countries neighboring Ukraine🇺🇦 are "dreaming" to get "pieces" of its territory. So lame&wrong!RO🇷🇴 fully supports UA territorial integrity & its efforts to win the abominable RU aggression war against it! @DmytroKuleba

    I strongly condemn RU missile strikes against civilian objectives in #Kyiv's centre &other 🇺🇦cities, in blatant violation of int'l humanitarian law, resulting in loss of human lives. Glad that the personnel of RO🇹🇩 Embassy is safe, even if one strike hit only 850m away of its HQ.

    The Romanian authorities have decided to reopen the Embassy of Romania🇷🇴 in Ukraine🇺🇦, in Kyiv. The activity of the Embassy will be resumed on the ground as soon as possible, after the necessary technical and security preparations will be finalized.

    Tocmai am discutat cu omologul meu, ministrul afacerilor externe al Ungariei Peter Szijjarto, care m-a informat că în urma demersurilor RO autoritățile ungare au decis să revoce măsura anunțată anterior azi prin care cetățenii UA fără pașapoarte biometrice nu puteau intra in HU.

    Honored to be elected today as Judge of the UN International Court of Justice @CIJ_ICJ by #UNGA with 117 votes & UN Security Council with 9 votes as the first ever Romanian🇹🇩 to fulfil this function! I thank 🇺🇳UN Member States for their trust in me & in RO School of Int'l Law!

    Romania🇷🇴 fully supports the integration of Ukraine🇺🇦, as well as of the Republic of Moldova🇲🇩 and Georgia🇬🇪, with the European Union🇪🇺. The place of these partners of the EU is within the European family, and Romania will do its best for this to become reality.
