Nails it. Stop politicizing everything. Just because WWE gets $50M per show directly from a govt that kills critics & treats women as legal minors, that’s political? In Saudi Arabia there are *no* political parties and no democracy. WWE is just helping make that feel normal.

All the nice things you'll hear are true. Out of the blue Brodie asked me if he could come out for a night of training. He was stuck at home with a wrist injury. A WWE wrestler at an independent school is pretty rare. Nobody paid anything extra. He just wanted to help.

WWE gets paid by the Saudi govt $50 million, 3x the biggest Wrestlemania gate ever, for every event in the country. The product the govt is paying so much for is a global broadcast of a big entertainment event from a normal-seeming country in the name of supposed progress.
