- LOCATED - Missing child located. An amber alert was issued earlier this morning regarding a missing 2 year old child. The child has been safely located. The investigation is continuing.

- Retired Constable Andrea Cooper was an important part of our community and our BPS family, having served 30 years on the force. Andrea, you are missed by so many. On behalf of BPS, our sincere condolences to her family and friends.

- LOCATED: Missing person, 44-year-old, Eugenia (Jenny) has been located and is safe in the company of family. There is no concern of foul play and no concern for public safety. Out of respect for the privacy of the family, no further details will be released.
- BPS monitored and responded to 2 large gatherings this weekend. While we recognize the right to protest, gatherings of +5 are not permitted under Prov. orders. Public safety is our top priority. Multiple charges have been laid for failing to comply with an order. More to follow.
- We are saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Walter Gretzky, our community ambassador and Canada's favourite hockey dad. Brantford Police Service extends our deepest sympathies to the Gretzky family at this time.
