But seriously where is the document? Are they still drafting it after it has been docusigned? Is it classified? And why has Mark Carney seen it and not the American public? This is all so very unnecessary and odd. Seems like maybe they don’t want people to see it.

Assuming the version published by Bloomberg/CNN is accurate, the MOU with Iran is a denouement of American defeat. That is not to condemn the agreement, which is merely the expression of where this war has led us. Rather, it is to condemn what and who brought us to defeat.

Given the money spent and the lives lost, and the price of everything going up, it is intolerable that the agreement itself is not publicly available for everyone to read. There is no national security or other reason that justifies keeping everyone in the dark.
