- I reached the end of the queue! To be faced with nearly £500 a ticket. I closed the app. Bastards.
Been in the queue for about 3 hours and made progress of about 50k ish places. And I assume when (if) I get in it’s going to be dynamic priced tickets at 3 times the original price. Horrible. - What’s the most “Dad album” you were brought up on? I’m going to say Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits. My Dad played this album a lot when I was a kid. It came out when I was 6 years old. #dadalbums
- On this day 25 years ago the Britpop national anthem “Common People” by Pulp was released. This was a massive moment in the Britpop story, and the song rightly continues to be adored and held in high esteem.
- It’s the most famous Thursday in Britpop. And this year it’s fallen on a…Thursday!
