- Karen Read update: Judge Cannone is allowing Crosby to testify as to causation without the need for a Daubert hearing. Dr. Russel, despite 30 years experience in diagnosing and treating dog bites needed a Daubert hearing. Apparently this was not even a "close call." Wow.
