- 1/6 Time for another interesting case of the week! An 80M presents with rapid-onset R-sided hearing loss with tinnitus. He had seen ENT and received intratympanic dexamethasone x3 for idiopathic SNHL without effect. A brain MRI was ordered demonstrating the following:

- A 60F with a PMH of depression and anxiety on duloxetine, buspirone, and trazodone presents with gradual onset worst headache of life. MRI of the Brain demonstrated bilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage with some areas of infarction on FLAIR (A,D), DWI (B,E), and ADC (C,F).
