    Time to listen to the body and hang up the boots. Grateful to have lived my dream with club and county for over a decade, Football has been a truly beautiful pursuit. To everyone who supported me along the way, thank you. A young boy’s dream lived out. A heart full. Sin é ❤️

    3 Ulster Club championship games in 7 days. Yet, it states championship games should be at least 5 days apart (for player welfare and rightly so) Unfortunately this isn’t a first. @LadiesFootball what’s going on?

    I find it baffling how some schools can opt not to partake in PE at the moment. After copious research some schools still disregard the physical and mental benefits their pupils get from PE lessons within school. PE benefits children academically, socially and emotionally.

    A trip of a lifetime 🇰🇪 I’m truly grateful to have been part of such an amazing trip with a special group raising €500,000 and the goal of planting 1 million trees 🍃 Among the poverty we found people who were happy. Smiling, singing and dancing. Kenya, Asante Sana 🇰🇪
