00:00 - A little over a year ago today Josh was cut from his junior college team. Went to work right away with zero distractions. 3 workouts a day, plus film study on himself and hitters. Now he is an 8th round pick and a San Francisco Giant. - RD Spiehs is one of the best pitching coaches and recruiters in the country. Up at 5am working on our pitchers and reports, on the phone with recruits 6-11pm most nights. This is not surprising.2023 ➡️ 2024 pitching staff improvements .570 walks per inning ➡️ .429 walks per inning✅ 5.13 walks per 9 innings (ranked 201st in the nation) ➡️ 3.87 walks per 9 innings (ranked 40th in the nation)✅ Impressive. #thestandard
