- All state courts and offices will be closed on Feb. 28, 2023. All cases scheduled for Feb. 28 will be rescheduled. The parties will receive notice of a new court date EXCEPT for Temporary Restraining Orders and Civil Protection Orders, which will be heard on Feb. 29.
