- Congratulations to @DanFish15 on playing his 100th game for us today. He joins a small group of players that have played 100 games for both @Cardiff_Rugby and Cardiff RFC.
- Our guest of honour, Steve Ford receiving his trophy for being inducted into our Hall of Fame, from another Cardiff RFC legend, Terry Holmes.
- A huge THANK YOU to our medical team, @mjsetchy & @PPPphysio , the @LlanelliRFC doctor & staff. The Rapid Response Team from @air_ambulance & all the staff at the hospital in Carmarthen for looking after Alex. The #NHS are amazing. You guys rock.

- Due to unforeseen circumstances, 4 tickets have become available for Wales v Italy. Their owner is asking for a donation to Ty Hafan. If anyone is interested, please reply and we will draw a name at random after 8pm tonight (Wed 29/1)
