- Let's do a challenge. I'll live off nothing but eggs, and you live off of nothing but tofu, and we'll see who has to quit first from nutritional deficiencies. I'm pretty much mostly living off eggs right now. Our chickens are working on overdrive

Who says you need animal products for a strong and lean body? No one needs to die For you to thrive.
