    It is with a heavy heart we announce the very sudden passing of RPD Scotty who fell seriously ill yesterday at the age of 9. We know you crossed the rainbow bridge a happy boy and got your last journey in the police car. You will be missed by many. Run free Scotty T 🌈 💙🐾🎾

    It's with a heavy heart we have to report the passing of Retired Police Dog Diesel. Diesel served with the unit for many years, and in company with his handler was a force to be reckoned with. He will be sorely missed. RIP big fella 😢😢😢

    It is with great sadness we report the passing of retired PD Molly aged 14 yrs. She was an exceptional drugs dog accounting for over 2k arrests and spent her well earned retirement with her handler & family. Run free over the rainbow Molly with your K9 pals, your duty is done🌈🐾

    PD Logan - “Dad asked me to search a park last night looking for a poorly person who’d cut themselves and took some tablets. Found them but they were unresponsive… that is until I started barking at them… they soon woke up!! They’ve now gone off to hospital… a little shaken!”

    PD Logan - ‘Someone saw baddies breaking into a farm building last night, my chauffeur expertly drove me to the farm, I got out, chauffeur shouted into the building, I helped by barking, and baddies come out with their hands up, chauffeur wouldn’t let me…..play with them…booo!’

    We are very sad to announce the passing of PD Guinness. He was a phenomenal police dog, serving & protecting throughout his short career and awarded a Chief Constable’s commendation during that time. RIP Guinn, keeping a watchful eye over your handler who misses you dearly🐾🌈💙

    Some sad news to report today. Retired PD Traff has sadly passed away, he was our oldest retired dog who enjoyed a happy retirement with his handler & family,he will be greatly missed by them all. Thank you for your service Traff.

    NEW PUPPY POLICE DOG ALERT!! Today we welcomed this little girl. She’s a 14 week old Malinois x GSD and she’s huge!! She’s doesn’t have a name yet but we will update you on that next week!! Thanks to Haka Security K9 Services who donated this beautiful girl to us! #puppypolicedog

    This week we say goodbye to PD Loki who is putting his paws up and retiring. Loki was an explosive detection dog & worked hard to keep our communities safe. We hope he enjoys a long, healthy retirement & we thank him for his service.

    PD Logan - “A ‘naughty man’ ran away from dads mates last night and they asked us to help find him! Long story short, I found him hiding up a drive behind a motor home with stolen property! He might need an underwear change in custody though, cause….well….you know, woof woof!!”

    Unfortunately a hard decision has been made to remove TPD Jura from training this week due to not having the qualities required to become a specialist search dog. She will remain with her handler regardless, enjoying her walks and loving life to the full! #LoveableLabrador #Jura
