Crying is tied to lack of emotional control. Saying it's okay to cry is the same as saying it's okay to punch someone in the face when you are angry in my opinion. I would rather control my emotions in a way that they could be used to fuel productive things like working out.

I'm sorry I've been silent, but at 0440 12 September 2022, we lost our middle son Tylar to a semi truck accident that killed him, and 2 other teenagers that were traveling with him. He was 19 years old. Ray, our family, and I are completely broken right now.

Hai BBs! Got some unfortunate news this evening. My cancer has unfortunately returned. MRI imaging revealed that my cervical and upper thoracic spine has been compromised. I am scheduled to see an oncologist on Monday. Answers to questions were gained though, and now I FIGHT!
