    This Virginia family broke out the holiday PJs for the VIPs. @POTUS Joe Biden & @FLOTUS Jill Biden visited with the Casbon family in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. 10-month-old Bella has been here her entire life but her care team is working hard to get her back home soon ❤️
