We do not accept the narrative of ‘regrettable incidents'.
We do not accept it, because what has happened to @MSF’s convoys and shelters, is part of a deliberate pattern of attacks on humanitarians, health workers, journalists, @UN personnel, schools, and homes.

- Our Secretary General, @Chris_lockyear, describes the situation in Rafah, at the Al Mawasi health centre, where our doctors & nurses from all over #Gaza are working to provide healthcare for Palestinians living in dire conditions, many suffering from diarrhoea and malnutrition 👇
00:00 - “There are people everywhere. There are patients recovering and waiting to go into surgery on the floor.” Secretary General @Chris_lockyear describes the crowded conditions at Al-Aqsa hospital, in the Middle Area in #Gaza.
00:00 - This impunity must not be allowed to continue. Angry and heartbroken. We are outraged and strongly condemn the killing of our colleague, Fadi Al-Wadiya, in an attack this morning in Gaza City. The attack killed Fadi, along with 5 other people including 3 children, while he was cycling to work, near the MSF clinic where he was providing care.
- This is shocking, unacceptable and must be comprehensively condemned by everyone, especially the Israeli authorities. It must have been terrifying for those inside. 26 Jan @CIJ_ICJ ordered against both incitement to violence & attacks on humanitarian assistance - this is both
- Ultimately, the message is very simple.33,000 people killed 200 humanitarian workers killed We need a sustained ceasefire now in #Gaza

- Such a privilege to meet this little guy and his Dad, they were in arms the whole time I was talking to them. I was invited back in to see his leg without the dressing; the @MSF medics showed me how well it was healing. It’s amazing what quality care and kindness can achieve.Secretary General @Chris_lockyear meets a six-year old whose leg was damaged in a bomb blast in #Gaza: “He’s undergoing physio, but it’s going to be a very, very long period of rehabilitation. Just another example of the many horrendous stories I’m hearing.”
00:00 - We send our deepest and heartfelt condolences to our colleagues from @WCKitchen As we @MSF said at the #UNSecurityCouncil 6 weeks ago: This pattern of attacks is either intentional or indicative of reckless incompetence We will continue to seek accountabilityAge-restricted adult content.
