00:00 - Having a great start to summer ball on the mound. 13 IP 2ER 3BB 15K’s T91. Looking forward to our next tournament in Hoover, Alabama.

00:00 - Some drills and catch play during this offseason to clean up my mechanics and get a feel of my core. Progress has been great, consistently hitting 89-91 FB in the zone with a good feel for the CB and CH. Great things coming soon this spring with @oviedo_baseball!

00:00 - Had a nice 85% bullpen today. Really tried to focus on my direction and getting the core/hips involved with my pitching. Had a good feel for the FB (90-91) and the CB (72-74) is improving.
