- Multiple streets will be closed on Saturday, June 13th for the annual Safety Saturday event happening adjacent the Dane County Farmers' Market on the Capitol Square. Closure begins at 7:15am with the streets reopening by 2:00pm after the event has concluded.
- Starting Monday, June 15 at 8am, R.G. Huston will begin sanitary sewer work on W Dayton Street (from N Frances to N Lake St). The closure runs through Friday, July 17. Please plan ahead, expect delays, and find alternate routes if you're traveling through the area!
- The Madison Night Market will return this week on Thursday, June 11th. Road closures begin at noon and will reopen by 1:00am on Friday. Some Madison Metro routes will be impacted, learn more about the detours on Metro’s website: cityofmadison.com/metro/detours

- Starting at 9am on June 12, Payne & Dolan will begin resurfacing Midvale Blvd, from Mineral Point Rd to University Ave. During this resurfacing project, one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction at all times. The project will take 4-5 weeks to complete.
- Starting on Monday, June 15, Parisi Construction will close a section of Valley View Road, from Tall Pines Way to White Sky Pass, to continue progress on the 1000 Oaks project. This is anticipated to reopen early August. News release: cityofmadison.com/news/2026-06-0…
