People in Contra Costa age 16+ are now eligible for #CovidVaccine. Appointments for newly eligible people can only be made through CCHS right now - not through the State's MyTurn portal. Sign up at bit.ly/cchsvax. It may take several days to get an appointment.

This is not accurate. Outside gatherings of up to 100 people are now allowed for protesting and religious gatherings, as allowed by the state.

In Contra Costa County, new “health” guidelines allow protests of 100 people, but restrict religious services until June 15. Social distancing should remain data-driven and apolitical: If you can protest, you can pray. eastbaytimes.com/coronavirus-co…

With COVID-19 cases & hospitalizations now declining and the peak of the omicron surge behind us, Contra Costa County has lifted its requirement for restaurants & gyms to check customers for proof they are fully vaccinated or have a negative test result. bit.ly/3BawoHD
Two CDC COVID-19 vaccination cards and a smartphone displaying a QR code sit beside text that reads: Proof of Vaccination or Test No Longer Required at Restaurants, Gyms.
