- Earning an offer is special however it does not define you. As a coach, I look at what you will be, not what you are at the moment. One way to know is who you are off the field. What are you doing when no one is there to tell you what to do? Character and attitude is everything.
- Football is a game of technique. Credit to the @49ers for giving me the opportunity to do the fellowship with them this year. Unbelievable learning experience. Our guys have been performing at a much higher level. This tape is one of many examples that came out of the fellowship.
