    Finding plyos are beneficial for COD… like these skater jumps where one can limit the GCT/Intesity with the drop using higher boxes & by wideninv the distance causing athletes to apply more force!

    Here’s an example of “fast/Hard” eccentrics…Drop Lunges Cues: Slam on the brakes, Hammer the gas again (Shoulders over knee, Chin over toes) Basketball getting after it!
