- Coaching is a privilege. When you sign a contract you assume the responsibility of upholding the values/character of that institution. Says a lot about DHS after blatant racist remarks from a HC on a public platform. Those poor kids are subjected to this so called “leadership”.The Board is not firing Coach Snavely. The Board will work with the incoming Superintendent to come up with a discipline that includes some form of suspension, sensitivity training, addressing student body about mistake and what he learned from it
