- 35 years ago I was truly blessed to work and learn for this Hall of Fame Coach. What I learned from him went way beyond basketball. He was also a Hall of Fame husband, dad, community leader and friend. Nobody had a better mentor. RIP Coach O.

- I can’t thank all of the assistants, players, administrators, friends, boosters and supporters enough. It has been a truly magnificent ride and I’m hoping there are a few miles left in the tank! The future looks promising, the past has been a blessing—love coaching this group!

- Talked with @VUCoachJWright in the fall of ‘16 about Duke always playing the D2 National Champion the following year. He couldn’t get over how great of an idea it was, & the way it benefited all levels of basketball. Coach Wright is a true basketball purist. Best wishes!
- Always a proud but sad day. Great group of seniors, I know they will have much continued success-105 wins the last four years-hard work paid off.
