- Personal note: Seeing @ellingson_matt cut down the net brings so much joy. He’s done a phenomenal job with the @MHDSpudBBall team this year, and it couldn’t happen to a better guy!
- I hope HS players/coaches take note of the performances across the country at the D3 level the last few days. The quality of play & talent at the D3 level is far better than many people realize; beware of underestimating how hard it is to play at ANY level. Fit > level. #d3hoops
- One week into leading @CobberHoops & it’s been awesome to visit with so many people who care deeply about our program. I’ve visited with recruits, alumni, & coaches who share our excitement for Cobber basketball now & into the future. It’s a great time to be Cobber! #CobberWay
- The end of every season is hard. As I reflect on the year: 1. I’m thankful for the opportunity to lead and coach this great game & for the time spent with the young men and staff in our program. 2. I need to be better…WE need to be better with me at the front of the line!
- My kids don’t quite understand yet how lucky they are to grow up in a gym around our players, but I do. We have very good players who are even better young men and role models. Thanks guys for having a positive influence on my kids and so many others!
