    As a Juco coach, this is what I hang my hat on.. Getting to watch our guys do it on the big stage! 2 offers out of HS, battled back last year off TJ, 2 starts on the year before today & went into the 8th scoreless against #3 Vandy! That a baby @ughty_! #builtdifferent #D1Dragons

    Now days 10U teams have portable speakers w/ walk-up songs, top of the line uni’s, win rings for a tournament. I remember when those were things as little leaguers we dreamed of when we got older.. Best part of All-Stars was getting fitted hats.. Now what do they look forward to?

    Saw this interaction recently after a tournament game: Mom carrying cooler, chairs, equipment “why am I carrying everything?” Player “my legs hurt” Mom “what?” Player “ever” And continued to make mom carry everything... *Checked name & number. Pulled out roster. Scratched*

    I’m not getting into a #hittingtwitter debate here. Look I love doubles and 💣’s. But this whole #nosingles #singlessuck things got to go. We’ve averaged over 135 stolen bases a year the last two years. LOT of singles turned into doubles! 🤷🏻‍♂️ #GettingOnBaseDoesntSuck

    Don’t care if it’s D1, D2, D3, JUCO or NAIA.. If you wait until you get to campus to get in the weight room and get your body right.. You WILL NOT have time to catch up in the fall..

    Guys got after it today with Squad Roulette! Pitcher draws a card with situation. Completes the situation, get a point, if not the opposition gets the point. Good way to change it up and work multiple situations both offensively and defensively!#PJCbaseball #OKGs

    You can’t have your cake and eat it too.. It’s got to go both ways.. Regardless of what you think about the hitter, absolute zero shot you put your hands on a player.. Let’s see some accountability here!
