Head coaches have a LOT on their plate, hence the need for quality assistants that can help ease the load. Usually where head coaches fail in managing their workload is lack of organization, lack of prioritization, or lack of resources.

Last time I coached at Chabot College, we had one of the best defenses in the area and it had some damn good linebackers at the heart of it. Looking forward to going back and being blessed to work with great coaches and some great players! @ChabotFootball

Players of the Week - WK6 DVC Off - EJ Horner - Made a position move and battled; led OL to best rushing game of the season. Def - Youcef Benchohra - Leads team in solo tackles and set our edge. ST - Malakai Mlay - 100% execution at his job and saved yards in punt return.
