Saw a kid slam his helmet….crossed him off the list. I’m joking. Actually I thought: -I wonder what’s really going on with him -it was a REALLY bad call. I’d be 😡 too -he’s 17- his emotional stability will improve -our players will help him w this.

As we approach the weekend keep in mind there is a massive umpire shortage. Instead of screaming at the officials, say thank you. They are a crucial part of the game.

Forming a support group for the politically neutral. 🆘 Conservatives think I’m a “🤪 liberal” Democrats think I’m a “right wing nut.” In actuality, I try to form an opinion based on reason, not politics. 🤷‍♂️ Some people see this as “fence sitting.” I see it as common sense.

We had a 32 man roster this spring which is one of the smallest in the nation. Had a prospects parent in shock at how big our roster was 🤦‍♂️. If your playing competitive collegiate athletics there will be competition every year. Going to have to earn it!

Believe me, I love what Jalen Hurts stands for- heck, we have a picture of him in our locker room. However, absolutes are dangerous. Every person who transfers is not running from adversity or a quitter. Sometimes change is necessary and takes courage as well.
