- Players, if you can’t listen to your summer coach tell you what to look for or what to run...what makes you think college coaches want that at their university?! I’ve sat here and listen to an AAU coach tell his player the same thing for 20 min.. and he still won’t do it.✅ next.

- I’m thankful the transfer portal wasn’t the go to recruiting service when I was in HS! If you are a HS athlete now days, don’t big time any colleges that reach out to you and consider ever offer at any level! If your good enough at any level you’ll continued to get recruited.
- College athletes/ students take advantage of your college days! Move in day , practices etc. because once college is over, it’s over! & those days of you packing up, moving back to the dorms are over, you’ll be seeing your teammates, classmates leaving for school, & it’ll hit you
- Seeing D2 transfers being heavily recruited to D1… while D1 transfers staying D1…. HS seniors/ jucos, don’t wait to long to make that commitment!
- Summer 2011 senior year of college I was the head coach for a summer 6th grade middle school team. Only played in leagues around the area. 2019 I’m a head coach for a NAIA D1 Program (USAO). So AAU/summer coaches that R grinding, don’t stop Do RIGHT & It’ll pay off in some way
