    The last three months have been and continue to be challenging in so many ways but I wanted to take a second to wish you a Happy Birthday Dad @ChiefHellenthal. Not an hour or day goes by where I don’t think of you or appreciate your impact on my life. I love you and miss you!

    This photo has so much wrapped up in it that words cannot do it justice. I cannot thank @tstuck24 for the personal relationship we have built the last five years and all he has done for our @QUHawksMBB program. His toughness, character, and smile will be missed every single day.

    These were purchased for $15 a piece from a theatre closing in KC. We loaded the truck up and had them reupholstered here in QUincy by Linda Zanger - who does amazing work! Thank you Linda!

    Great night celebrating the induction of @ChiefHellenthal into the @ibcacoaches Hall of Fame. It was one of my greatest honors being able to accept the award on his behalf. He would simply say “thank you” to everyone he worked with over his career for helping make this possible.

    Been a tough year in a lot of ways. Great to finally have our @QUHawksMBB athletes back on campus and have the opportunity to spend time with them tonight. Looking forward to the positivity and excitement they will bring!
