- Find a HC that passes tasks you will need to know how to do in a future HC role. A HC that allows you to fail and still lets you try again. A HC you develop a friendship with where they truly care about your well-being outside the office. A HC that wants to see you successful!
- 2022 with no offers? Head up and keep working! Understand your time will come where the right Coach will knock at your door! The key: Don’t ignore the knock until you hear them out. It could be the one, THE RIGHT ONE, without you knowing it and it may not be there forever!
- Give me the all inners, high fiverers, charge takers, selfless scorers, one more passers, team firsters, dive on the floorers, heart on the sleevers, and especially, the never say neverers and fight to the enders. If you said “me” to all of the above, COME BE A VIKING!
