Young O-Linemen... The Great ones pay attention to the Details! Stance, Footwork, Targets, Hand Placement, Pad Level, Angles, etc.... Meticulous movements done overtime turn into muscle memory... You trained and focused on it so much, its becomes automatic. #GetToWork #WPS

Mentality of an OL 1. You have to Want to be an O-Linemen 2. You have to enjoy moving a man against his will 3. Take Pride in becoming a master of the little things 4. 5 Strong vs everybody 5. DONT pick DL up after we Pancake them! Let the stands and their coaches see it #Mindset
