- 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐋 part of the FG operation is the 𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘿‼️At @UNEfootball practice yesterday we worked on getting a lot of quality reps in a short amount of time⬇️ 1% better everyday
00:00 - Productive practice yesterday with @UNEfootball punters. Using a tennis ball to keep our leg fresh and also a smaller sweet spot so our drop needs to be 🔒‘Ed in‼️Also if you’re not up make sure you’re getting your mental reps in⬇️⬇️
