Working an 8th grader on the stab with inside hand and chopping with the outside hand to a dip/rip and flatten out across backside of the blocker. My guys make a lot of plays against the run using this technique.

Teaching the center position to a player who has never played the position to create space with his feet while striking with the off hand, with a shade over his snap hand, and anchor quickly. Not bad for his first day.
