    To all my college athletes out there who “can’t wait to graduate”. Soon you will realize that being in college on a scholarship, traveling from city to city, eating team meals, tons of gear, cost of attendance checks, and per diem is a pretty good life.

    Back in 97 when I committed to the University of Wyoming, I called the coach and said “I’m coming”. No long video, No Social Media, No hype man. Things have changed.

    95% of D1 hoopers will take today off. 4% will go in and do something. 1% of them will attack today full steam because their fear of failure won’t allow them to let a day go by that they don’t get better Be the 5%🔥⬆️

    Message to 2021 Recruits: IF YOU HAVE AN OFFER YOU LIKE. TAKE IT!!! Don’t play roulette and hold out for something better. This pandemic is going to limit options. Can’t ask god for a blessing and then be mad at the way it’s gift wrapped. 🏀💯

    If you aren’t committed enough to get up shots daily this time of the year, please don’t talk about winning, and definitely don’t talk about wanting to be a pro. The 8-20 hours per week you get with your team is not enough work for 99% of college hoopers. 🐅

    In 2009 at the age of 29 I took my first D1 coaching job. Director of Operations at Centenary College. The job paid $500 per month. I almost didn’t take it because it paid so little. Tomorrow I begin my 10th season. If it’s your dream, chase it. #TheU

    🔥Most coaches won’t do this because of ego, or embarrassment. I don’t have either. Due to change in leadership @ Central Michigan I am looking for D1 Assistant Job. Have worn many hats including being Certified Strength Coach at one time. If you or somebody you know is looking
