    Very excited to officially be able to say we are headed to Hoover High School! I’m grateful for the opportunity and so appreciative of the players I coached here in Georgia that helped me cut my teeth on defense. Excited to join the Tradition at Hoover!

    Coaches first let me say I am blown away by the responses/requests. Because of this I just sent @GlazierClinics my presentation as well as the notes for the vault. That should take care of everyone. Again I appreciate the feedback and @CoachVass

    Today we lost the goat of our family My Grandmother. Growing up If I needed clothes, shoes, food, transportation. She made it happen. She would give the shirt off her back. Im telling you to pick up the phone and call a family member tell em you love them!

    6:20am 10 minutes before starting about 100 are rolling, using bands, stretching. Those that are early will never miss an opportunity to improve. You don’t have to love the hard work; you just have to crave the end result. #Edge
