    I’m all for high school players wanting to play at the next level. Don’t forget to enjoy your 4 years of high school football. You only get 4 years to play with your best friends, embrace the workouts, the bus rides the hard practices. They don’t last forever. Make them count!

    Today was my last day of student teaching. Here is a couple highlights I learned along the way. 1: Surround yourself with great people. Great mentors. 2: Make your classroom come alive, students want a positive environment. Bring the energy! 3: Think outside the box.

    Coach Ricci, you have impacted so many lives, especially mine, it was never about the X’s and O’s what was important to you was Character, Selflessness and Hard Work and the power of Oneness. Forever grateful for you and all the lessons you taught through the game of football.

    Everyday I go to the gym after school and work. I notice the same custodial worker everyday. I notice the detail he uses the time he spends the pride he has for his job to keep the gym clean. I finally went up and talked to him for 20 min to learn about his story.
