- Kids don't realize how much their High School Freshman and Sophomore year grades can impact how much money they can receive when they go to college... Important to take your grades serious right off the bat if you want to play at the next level!!
- 5 years ago today I had my final college football practice. Was a career backup but wouldn't trade a second of it for anything. Football is a special game and it's so important we continue to advocate so high school and college kids all across the country get that opportunity.

- Turned 27 today so naturally you reflect a little bit. 2020 has been challenging for everyone but I’m so lucky... Lucky to be influenced by great ppl & lucky to be able to work every day with an amazing group here at Morrisville. No such thing as a life that’s better than yours.
- My favorite stat of our 2018 @Utica_Football season: We returned 25 punts for a total 346 yards. (13.8 yard average) We punted the ball 55 times and gave up a total of just 6 return yards. All season. (0.1 yard average) Special Teams wins football games. #FearTheMoose
