    My biggest pet peeve as a college coach- Players that ignore you when you reach out to recruit them. SHOW RESPECT TO EVERY COACH. How insanely disrespectful to ignore someone who thinks you’re good at something because their level isn’t high enough? Sad. #RecruitingRants

    Perspective Student-Athletes, DO NOT rule out the @NCAADIII level just because it’s “D3”. Do your research and respond to EVERY coach that shows interest. Some of the BEST COACHES and PROGRAMS in this country coach are at the Division 3 level. #NCAA I #PlayD3

    OK, @NCAABaseball @NCAADIII It’s officially time to change the D3 baseball regular season calendar to include the month of May. It is April 4, game 22 of 40 and the temp feels like 38 w/10-15 MPH winds. WHY? JUST USE THE MONTH OF MAY! NCAA D3 baseball is now a Winter sport🤦🏻‍♂️

    Attention PSA’s: Whether you’re in HS or JUCO, whether you throw 72 or 92, GIVE EVERY SCHOOL A CHANCE! Don’t just ignore a coaches text/call because of the division of their school, choose a program that fits YOU. Personal, academic & athletic growth, that is priority number 1.

    News flash to college administrators: PAY YOUR COACHES WHAT THEY DESERVE. The pay for coaches in sports is actually embarassing. I think admins forget that a coach is directly responsible for the SA’s college experience. And, is BEST recruiter for the school. Time to wake up!

    Opening Day for @FDU_Baseball after 365 days away. Extremely proud of these men for adapting & overcoming during these difficult times. Thru it all, they stayed a TEAM. Very sad I can’t be there today, but excited to see you play again. All LOVE for this team and staff. 😈🤘🏽

    It’s embarrassing what majority of colleges and universities pay their coaches. Do we really not realize the value coaches bring to our institutions? Not to mention the amount of $ part-time assistant bring to schools? It is time to PAY COLLEGE COACHES what they deserve!!!
