- Dad was diagnosed with brain cancer around a year ago. 14 hours from home wasn’t easy, but Dad insisted I went back to work. This 💍 will always remind me to show up, even when I don’t want too. Keep Fighting Dad you have impacted so many #DanielsonStrong

- 27% or about 1 in 4 high school to college kids suffer from mental illnesses, think about that... 27% As coaches in today’s society, we must understand the stigma surrounding mental illness & fight for change! My challenge to whoever sees this .. 💪🏼EDUCATE YOUR TEAM 💪🏼
- Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death for ages 10-24. Today I am reminded more than most to fight the stigma of mental illness. The reason I chose to become a coach is because of you @JJVanderheiden1 your story and the impact you had on me will save somebody you never knew!
- One of my biggest accomplishments happened today as I’m officially DONE with school 🤯🙌🏼👨🏻🎓 ✔️ Undergrad (UNK) ✔️ Masters (Missouri Western) The last few years haven’t been easy but I truly appreciate everybody’s support (and help on homework)
