- You’ll pay thousands for AAU and sign up for a recruiting service, but you won’t do ballhandling drills in your driveway? That math isn’t adding up to me.
- Things I get excited about when watching a recruit: 1. Going hard in warmups 2. On-target, crisp passes 3. Cheering for teammates 4. Positive body language 5. Pride on defense 6. Charges 7. Diving on the floor 8. Listening skills 9. Passion for the game 10. Sprinting floor
- People who go JUCO root for each other. The relationships are different. There is a huge community of support between coaches and players across the country. It’s a beautiful thing.

- Everyone wants a film crew or a photographer. Everyone wants a social media worthy photo or highlight. I want guys who want an empty gym and a basketball. I want guys who love it unconditionally. I want guys who would give up anything to play the game. I want guys who will work
