- This can be a tough time of the year in the profession of coaching. For every staff that’s excited about getting a job there is a staff without a job. Don’t let the competition make us lose sight that we are people first. Check up on somebody today and make sure they are good.

- HS prospects: Be patient. Coaches are finishing portal recruiting & doing deep film/intel work. June scholastic & July live periods will bring an uptick in recruiting contact. Stay ready. 📈🏀
- I didn’t go to the final 4 this weekend. I did something better I stayed home and watched my kids games this morning. Those 2 girls make me so proud!
- People miss way more in recruiting because of what it looks like instead of what it produce like
- When the leaves change and the weather gets a little cooler, the sun starts to set earlier, it can only mean one thing.........Basketball Season is upon us!
