- “Drop step challenge” at practice. 7 dunks around the key, no dribbles, no travels. Sophomore Dion Hamilton cancelled some team conditioning betting on himself to complete it on first try.

- I was 9-42 my first two years. After that we went 93-26 and hung three banners. Surround yourself with people that believe!After 3 years, Coach K’s record at Duke was 38-47. He’s now the winningest coach in NCAA men’s basketball history. He didn’t change what he was doing, he just continued the process of building a solid foundation. Sometimes the best strategy is being patient and consistent.

00:00 - Bad D2 news @academy_of_art is cutting athletics. Since 2019 my friend @CoachWaterman has built a dynamic D2 program at a school with no gym. 2 NCAA tourneys, Pacwest championship, averaged 20+ wins since Covid, graduated his guys and more. Absolute class act available.
- Heartbroken. Bob Grisham was the real deal. He was fun, authentic, honest and caring. I can’t put into words how great he treated us. Bob guided us through the darkness of a pandemic and into a new day. He had just retired, entering a new chapter full of life. Gone too soon.

- Kaleb Poquette has transferred to @SPSCC, joins our family right away taking classes and will redshirt the rest of this year. Bright future!
