    I am beyond excited to announce I’ve joined the Saginaw Valley State University baseball staff as the catching coach. I can’t wait to work alongside Coach Jaksa and the rest of this awesome staff while making an impact on our catchers and team as a whole. Go Cards! #BeaksUp

    We lost a game 2-0. We had a hotel lobby dinner long after it ended. I had conversations with parents that I’ll remember forever. Plus our guys had a ton of laughs… a lot making fun of me😂 Throw the record out the window. That’s what it’s all about…The relationships that last!

    6 yrs ago I moved on from playing ball. Didn’t play my senior season. Never played in college. Thought that was it for me. Today I started at SVSU, and not a coach on staff treated me any different. Life is what you make of it. So is baseball. Stay up, you never know what’s next.

    In 2021 my 16u will be the Angels, inspired by my cousin, Darian, who we lost at 16. She was an excellent athlete, but more importantly a phenomenal human.Her story changed our lives forever and I hope it impacts our men. Thanks Arsenal fam for the support!TheDarianLocklearProject.com

    High school ball players: this is your last weekend of the offseason. All that indoor gym/turf/cage work in the winter pays off now. Enjoy one final weekend of the offseason grind. From now until August, it’s all about playing some ball. Doesn’t that feel good to say, man?!?

    Jeff, I encourage you to open your mind and watch the MLB, where you once played, where nearly every organization includes a one-knee catcher at the MLB level. If you believe in teaching hitters like the pros, then why aren’t we teaching our catchers like the pros, too?

    Yesterday was #WorldMentalHealthDay. We should be passionate about having conversations/exercises with our team in regards to mental health. It’s everywhere. Prioritize developing a player’s peace of mind. 35% of elite athletes and 1 in 5 young people are affected @CoachSheets3
